Shipping Policy (India Orders Only)

THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR INDIA ORDERS.

Processing Time:
100% of orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: We usually deliver orders within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) during regular seasons.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. If you do not receive this email, please contact our support team.

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges depend on your delivery location. Please check your order summary to view the applicable shipping charges for individual products.

Failed Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, an unavailable recipient, or if the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the package will be returned to the sender. Any shipping and return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.

We use Shiprocket and Delhivery for order deliveries.

Upon Receipt of Your Order:
Please inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery. If the parcel appears damaged or incomplete, refuse the delivery or sign the delivery receipt as "Damaged" and contact our support team on the same day.

Bank Holidays:
We do not deliver orders on bank holidays. Deliveries will be made on the next working day.

Return Shipping Charges

If a return request is approved, a return shipping charge of ₹159 will be applicable and will be deducted from your refund amount or collected before arranging the return pickup, as applicable.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and approved after inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after the refund has been processed.
